WHAT DOES ANPER NEED FROM ME WHEN I ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE?
Anper needs a copy of the invoice & its tracking number(s) in order for us to declare customs' duties
where is my ORDER?
Anper will email you when cargo has been delivered at our Miami address, Anper will also email you when your order(s) is on its way and when your cargo is ready for pickup with an its invoice.
what do i do if anper does not mail me about my order delivery?
If after 5 business days of your cargo delivery confirmation Anper has not emailed you a cargo receival in Miami (33122), please submit a Missing Mail search request with the following information:
*Tracking number
*Copy of your invoice
*Tracking number
*Copy of your invoice
